Yes. Every additional driver must be listed on the rental agreement and present a valid driver’s licence. An additional driver fee may apply.
Extensions are subject to availability and must be approved before the original return time. Additional rental charges may apply. Keeping the vehicle without approval may result in further fees.
Move to a safe location where possible and contact our roadside assistance or customer support team immediately. Do not arrange repairs without our prior approval unless it is an emergency.
Yes. A security bond or pre-authorisation may be placed on your card when you collect the vehicle. The amount will depend on the vehicle, rental period and protection option selected.
Once the vehicle has been returned and inspected, we will arrange for the bond or card pre-authorisation to be released, provided there are no outstanding charges. Your bank may take several business days to process the release.
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed to consumers include GST. Any optional extras, surcharges or additional fees will be explained before your booking is confirmed.
Some rentals include unlimited kilometres, while others include a daily kilometre allowance. Any kilometre limits and additional charges will be clearly explained before you confirm your booking.
The damage excess is the maximum amount you may be responsible for if the vehicle is damaged, stolen or involved in an accident, subject to the rental agreement. The excess may not apply where the rental conditions have been breached.
Toll charges are not included in the rental price. You are responsible for all tolls incurred during the rental period, along with any applicable processing or administration fees.
You are responsible for all traffic, parking and other infringements incurred during your rental. Your details may be provided to the relevant authority, and an administration fee may apply.
